IT Infrastructures. Data Centers

Data center construction

At COPISA, we have a team of professionals with skills and expertise in specific areas, enabling us to offer comprehensive solutions with a robust commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and innovation.

Resource optimization and planning in terms of sustainability are key aspects of our working methodology. We apply a circular construction approach, promoting material reuse and minimizing waste generated on site. The selection of suppliers and materials with environmental certifications contributes to reducing environmental impact and improving project performance in terms of sustainability.

Energy efficiency is a central pillar in data centers, where energy demand is significant. We implement solutions such as free coolingwaterless cooling, and heat recovery, as well as the integration of renewable energies like photovoltaic panels and geothermal systems to reduce the carbon footprint. We also design thermally efficient envelopes and use materials with low thermal conductivity, enhancing insulation and reducing energy consumption.

We promote the manufacturing of individual building components in a controlled environment, subject to the highest quality standards. This approach allows for great design flexibility and can be adapted to a wide range of construction types. Prefabricated construction is highly efficient in terms of energy and cost, and is not affected by weather-related delays, ensuring steady and predictable project progress, reducing delivery times, and minimizing issues related to labor shortages.

Through digitalization, we incorporate real-time monitoring technologies to manage automation during both the construction and operation phases of the data center. IoT sensors and management platforms help detect deviations in energy consumption and optimize the performance of critical facilities, ensuring an efficient and secure environment.
