Building a more sustainable future

We are committed to building a fairer, more responsible, and more respectful future for the environment and society. As a construction company, we integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria into all areas of our management, promoting a development model that combines technical excellence, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Our efforts have been recognized with the EcoVadis Gold Medal, an international certification that validates our performance in sustainability. This recognition places us among the highest-rated companies in our sector in terms of sustainability.

Global Compact and SDGs

We have been part of the United Nations Global Compact since 2010, a strategic alliance that reinforces our commitment to sustainability. Through the adoption of the Ten Universal Principles—on human rights, labor standards, the environment, and the fight against corruption—we contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

For us, contributing to the 2030 Agenda means guiding long-term value creation by integrating sustainable practices into all our operations and generating positive economic, social, and environmental impacts.

Quality and environment and R&D&I

We integrate environmental, energy, quality, and innovation management into all our processes as part of our commitment to sustainability. We hold the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 50001:2018 (Energy Management), ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), and UNE 166002:2021 (R&D&I Management) certifications, which guarantee efficient resource use, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Carbon Footprint
We have developed the CO₂PISA PLAN, which improves the quality and monitoring of carbon footprint data through digitalization. This technological integration provides accurate and traceable consumption and emissions data. In addition, we have earned the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge’s "Calculate, Reduce, Offset" seal, which recognizes our commitment to reducing CO2 emissions.

People

Our team is the organization's most strategic and valuable asset. It is made up of people whose talent, commitment, and skills are key to achieving our goals. More than an operational resource, it is the engine that drives innovation, adaptability, and competitiveness in a constantly evolving environment.

Safety, health, and well-being

We have an effective Occupational Health and Safety management system, certified according to the UNE-EN ISO 45001:2018 standard and adapted to each activity and operating environment. This system applies to all employees associated with our operations.
We also hold ISO 39001:2013 certification for road safety, which enhances our commitment to preventing mobility-related accidents.
Furthermore, we promote a preventive culture that anticipates risks, steps up specific training, and continuously improves working conditions, always prioritizing the care of our employees.

Ethics and Integrity

We maintain a firm commitment to business ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance. We have a Criminal Compliance Management System (CCMS) aligned with the principles of the UNE 19601:2017 standard, which aims to prevent criminal conduct, detect possible irregularities and establish the necessary controls to mitigate the criminal risks arising from our activity.
Likewise, we have an Anti-Bribery Management System certified according to the UNE-ISO 37001:2016 standard, which enhances our zero tolerance policy against corruption and bribery, guaranteeing effective prevention, detection, and response mechanisms in all our operations and business relationships.
In addition, we have ISO/IEC 27001 certification, which supports information security in our processes.
We have an ethics consultation channel and whistleblowing channel, through which potential irregularities can be reported securely and confidentially.
