The works consisted of the construction of a building with 1.498,19 m² for housing and commercial use and 547,28 m² for garage parking and storage rooms.
The plot straddles two neighborhoods with different urban planning regulations. Thus in Jaume Balmes Street the regulations allow the construction of a ground floor plus two stories, all of them for housing, whereas in La Marina Boulevard they permit a ground floor plus four storeys with the ground floor for commercial use.
Due to these special circumstances, one part of the building consists of a staircase with two apartments per floor, terminating on floor 2, while the other part comprises a staircase with four apartments per floor.
