234 housing units on Acer Street, Zona Franca

Construction of a multi-family residential building with 234 dwellings, commercial premises, parking facilities and urban development works in La Marina del Prat Vermell, Barcelona.

The project develops a new residential block within one of Barcelona’s most significant urban regeneration areas.

The development is organised around a large central communal garden that structures the complex and connects with the future public spaces of the neighbourhood, enhancing urban permeability and creating new pedestrian routes.
