The project consisted of the construction of a multi-family building comprising 42 apartments, 42 parking spaces, storage rooms, and utility rooms.
The plot is almost rectangular in shape, with an area of 1,936.52 m², bordering Goyena Street, Cos Street, Fra Garai Street and Estació Street.
The building consists of three floors above ground, ground floor + 2 floors; and two basement floors, basement -1 and -2, with a total of 42 parking spaces and 40 storage rooms.
The 42 housing units were distributed across two blocks:
- Block 1, 18 units, 6 per floor.
- Block 2, 24 units, 8 per floor.
