The plot where the buildings were constructed covers 3,460.68 m². The gross floor area amounts to 10,804.97 m², with net floor area coming to 5,585.98 m². The landscaping of common areas and the swimming pool covers 1,383.01 m², while the urban development of the surrounding streets totals 595.84 m².
From an urban planning perspective, the project was carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Barcelona Metropolitan General Plan and the Special Urban Planning Scheme for the "Almeda Sector".
