Construction of an auditorium, theater, and library in Vandellós. The building consists of different intertwined sections that make up the auditorium, theatre, and library.

The building is on a 3.600 m² site. This site hosts the old water tower, which has been preserved and enhanced as it is a listed building designed by architect Bonet and one of the most readily identified images of the town.
