Construction of the Castelldefels Primary Healthcare Centre

The project consists of the construction of a new Primary Healthcare Centre (CAP) in Castelldefels, located at 18 Lluís Companys Avenue, with a total built area of 3,779.53 m². The building, comprising one basement level and five above-ground floors, includes general medicine, paediatrics, dentistry, mental health, rehabilitation and continuous care services.

The facility features a mixed construction solution, combining a reinforced concrete structure on the lower floors with cross-laminated timber (CLT) on the upper levels. The façades and internal partitions are built using dry construction systems, creating an efficient, sustainable building adapted to the requirements of a modern healthcare facility.
