Construction of the Gavà Primary Healthcare Centre

The project involves the construction of a new Primary Healthcare Centre in Gavà, on a 5,295 m² plot, with a total built area of 4,744.49 m² distributed across a basement level, ground floor and two upper floors, as well as 1,808 m² of landscaped and urbanised areas.

The building features a reinforced concrete structure consisting of columns and slabs, with lightweight precast slab flooring, and a ventilated façade made of fibre cement panels and aluminium frames. The project incorporates efficient and durable solutions, including a landscaped flat roof, interior partition systems adapted to different uses, and high-quality finishes. The development is completed with the external works, including paving, street furniture and landscaped areas.
