Expansion of the National Police School in Ávila with two residential modules

Construction of two residential modules at the National Police School in Ávila (Avenida Juan Carlos I, 48).

These are two new multifunctional, modern and energy-efficient buildings intended for the accommodation of students and staff, located next to the existing modules. These new facilities increase the centre’s capacity by 84 and 78 additional rooms, respectively, while maintaining aesthetic coherence with the existing buildings and using the most advanced construction solutions.

The project is being carried out at the National Police School, located in Ávila since 1980, a reference centre for the training of members of the National Police Corps.

The total built area is 8,510.48 m², contributing to improving accommodation capacity during the training stay of future officers.
