The project is being carried out in the Tasiast area of Mauritania as part of an optimization and expansion program for mineral processing facilities.
The main works involve the construction of new facilities for the primary processing of material extracted from the mine, including a primary crusher, screening systems, and conveyor belts for transporting the material to a storage area. The project also includes the installation of the equipment required to transfer the material to a SAG (Semi-Autogenous Grinding) mill, together with all associated auxiliary facilities.
The scope of work includes the erection of structural steelworks, installation of the associated mechanical equipment, and the execution of the electrical and lighting systems required for the operation of the various project areas.
The execution of these works contributes significantly to local economic development through job creation and the mobilization of resources and services within Mauritania.
