Maintenance of buildings affiliated to the ICUB

The Production and Maintenance Department at the Barcelona Institute of Culture is tasked with maintenance and upkeep of buildings affiliated to this organization.

The scope of the work includes 24 buildings of great historical and cultural value for the city of Barcelona, involving improvements in roofs, restoration works, waterproofing, and renovation of facades and interior areas. The buildings worked on are:
