Office building with 20 floors above ground and 9 floors below ground. The floors used for offices have an area of between 700 and 800 m², while the floors used for parking have an approximate area of between 900 and 1000 m².

The building is located on a rectangular plot measuring 50 m long and 22 m wide, between three buildings. On the left, it is bordered by a 10-story office building with 1 basement floor, and to the right by an 8-story residential building with 1 basement floor. At the rear, it is bordered by a single-story parking lot.

The reinforced concrete structure has uniformly laid out column screens and reinforced concrete walls on the longitudinal façades. The main and rear façades (22 m) consist of glazed enclosures and concrete lattices arranged between floors.
Inside the building there is an empty vertical area with openings in the façade and roof to create a light and airy atmosphere.
