Our Engineering Department is a leader in applying BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology to the design, auditing, and monitoring of construction projects. At COPISA, harnessing innovative methodologies is crucial to achieving more efficient, sustainable, and high-quality projects. They include BIM, Lean Construction, and IDP, wich when combined transform the way projects are planned, implemented, and managed.
Meanwhile, Lean Construction optimizes processes, eliminates waste, and ensures more predictable execution through tools such as the Last Planner System®.
Finally, the collaborative IDP model promotes the early integration of all stakeholders, aligning interests and enabling data-driven decisions in real time. Together, these methodologies ensure faster, more efficient, sustainable, and higher-quality projects.
BIM methodology centralizes project information in a digital environment, improving design, coordination, and control throughout the entire life cycle of the building or infrastructure.
