Civil engineering work on the south aircraft parking apron, stage II, north side, Barcelona Airport
The project consists of the construction of Phase II of the southern apron on the northern side of the aircraft parking area at Barcelona Airport. It includes rigid pavements for aircraft stands and flexible pavements for taxiways, as well as a separate drainage system for stormwater and hydrocarbon-contaminated water, which is treated before discharge.
It also includes electrical duct networks, a hydrant-based fuel supply system, and an underground service tunnel supporting the new terminal building and its future expansions.
