Development of the Roca Tallada residential sector in Alcanar

It is bounded to the north by the N-340 road, to the south by the coastline, to the east by the Cases Campsite and to the west by the urban boundary of Cases d’Alcanar. The total land area to be developed was 77,197 m² (7.21 ha).
The actions to be carried out were:
• Leveling, earthworks, and surfacing new streets, together with supplementary units such as sidewalks, planting street trees, etc.
• Service networks for drainage: water supply, high and low voltage electricity, public lighting, telecommunications network and gas network.
• Demolition and/or diversion of all existing units not suitable for the new specifications. Accesses to the development.
• Urban infrastructure: As well as the street trees, the project includes refurbishing green areas, and watering them from a network of hydrants connected to the water mains.
