Structural and constructive consolidation of the Palau Marquès D'Alfarràs, Horta Guinardó district

Given the general state of decay of the central section of the building which might compromise the structural safety of the rest of the complex, guidelines are drawn up for the urgent stabilization of the building due to the deterioration process and the subsequent structural and construction consolidation of the complex.
In view of the heritage value and high level of protection of the building, action criteria and strands need to be put in place which enhance the recovery, conservation, and consolidation of the exceptional spaces or features which afford uniqueness and significant heritage value, leaving restoration and adaptation for new uses to the following stage.
