Almogàvers Street urban development

Urbanization project of a 321 m street section covering 9,475 m², designed as a shared surface to prioritize public space, greenery, and sustainable mobility. The proposal reduces the dominance of private vehicles while maintaining access for emergency and service vehicles.

It features 4 m-wide paved side strips along building fronts, a 3.5 m central strip for low-speed shared circulation (vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians), and intermediate longitudinal spaces for greenery, seating areas, and urban furniture. The intersection with Zamora Street is redesigned as a traffic-restricted square with extensive green areas.
