Biofuels plant at Zierbana

Turnkey construction of the new biodiesel plant (200,000 t per year) at Zierbana.

• Basic and detail engineering.
• Procurement of equipment and materials.
• Buildings, tank storage area (oil, biodiesel, methanol), truck loading area, pipes (1 km) to the dock, pigging system. Silo storage area, auxiliary systems (steam, cooling system, fire protection, natural gas, industrial air, N₂ lines, H₂SO₄ lines, NaOH lines).
• Complete management of civil engineering, mechanical and electrical assembly, control and instrumentation.
• Testing: cold test and hot test.
• Commissioning.
