Comprehensive maintenance of Barcelona east road sections
Upkeep, maintenance and continuous improvement of roads owned by the Government of Catalonia in Barcelona province, specifically the 242 km of roads in the Eastern area.
Works:
- Road surveillance and assistance operations
- Asphalt pavement replacement and repair programs, joint sealing,
- Cleaning and maintenance of drains and engineering structures.
- Mowing, maintenance and cleaning of slopes, herbicide treatments and planting.
- Cleaning roadways
- Replacing road markings and signposting
- Installing and replacing safety barriers and road guidance markings
- Maintaining lighting and traffic light systems

- 9.640 km of preventive salt spreading
- 2.800 t of asphalt
- 2.977,000 m2 of mowing on slopes, verges, in rest areas and unique sites
- 4.500 ml of replacing safety barriers
