The project focuses on the immediate surroundings of the Torre Balldovina and d'en Molí d'en Ribé Museum. Torre Balldovina is the current museum of Santa Coloma de Gramenet and is tasked with protecting, conserving, studying, and promoting the town’s cultural and natural heritage. The project includes a number of actions to be carried out:
• Covering the existing access under the edicule porch by constructing a protection slab and a ventilated deck from where the mill’s ruins can be observed.
• Paving the upper square around the edicule porch and adapting the boundaries to the surroundings.
• Building stands and stairs on the existing slab.
• Enabling access to the Molí building from the lower level of the square and connecting the stands to the square.
• Rear accessibility in the upper area of the square from the local access street leading into Sant Carles Street.
• Accessibility and adaptation of the parterre on the border with the local access street leading into Sant Carles Street.
• New access to Torre Balldovina Museum with ramps and steps conforming to accessibility regulations and access to the hypogeum. The total area of the project is 3.720 m².
