Restoration blended into the surrounding environment, Hotel Vall de Núria

  • Girona

The Hotel Vall de Núria is in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees, in a prime location surrounded by peaks reaching almost 3,000 m. It is a 3-star high-mountain hotel at the foot of a ski resort, equipped with all the amenities of a tourist complex. The Sant Josep building has been restored, preserving its exterior and blending it seamlessly into the natural surroundings. This innovative building, winner of the EU Green Building sustainability award, has been designed to the highest energy efficiency standards.
